Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii has joined IBA since our establishment. As an IBA Group member, we act as the sole independent law firm in Romania together with a handful of reputable international law firms.

Established in 1972, IPO is a trade association for owners of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets and serves all intellectual property owners in all industries and all fields of technology. It includes 100 large and mid-size companies and 250 small businesses, universities, inventors, authors, executives, law firms and attorneys.

Real Estate Investors Society (REIS) is the most exclusive business club gathering investors from the real estate industry with interests in the blooming Romanian Market. REIS was established out of the need for more information, collaboration and networking for those real estate investors who were interested to grow and expand their portfolios.
