Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații wins Deal of the Year Award for Romania
Central and Eastern Europe's premiere legal publication, CEE Legal Matters, announced the winners of its annual Deals of The Year Awards (DOTY) in 22 jurisdictions throughout the CEE/SEE region. The sale of CEZ's assets to funds managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets ('MIRA) is Romania's Deal of the Year.
Winners of the 2020 Deals of the Year Awards were announced in June 2021. Trophies will be handed out in person at the 2021 Deals of the Year Banquet in London on September 16, 2021. These awards celebrate law firms' work in some of the most spectacular transactions taking place in 22 jurisdictions from the CEE/SEE region and Russia.
