In the area of employment law, Cătălina handles disputes relating to relationships between unions, employers and employees, including contract terminations, wage and hour claims, and collective labor issues.
Her administrative and regulatory practice includes litigation concerning the issuance of authorisations and permits by public authorities, fiscal and tax disputes, regulatory compliance matters, as well as challenges against sanctions imposed by regulatory bodies. With respect to restitution claims, she is involved in cases regarding property restitution of both imovable and movable (such as art collections) assets.

- Member of the team representing and assisting a leading online marketplace provider in litigation, as well as in ongoing matters concerning specific e-commerce regulatory obligations, primarily arising under the Digital Services Act.
- Member of the team representing a Romanian bank in litigation against a major service provider, as well as in disputes concerning compensation claims based on contractual liability.
- Member of the team representing creditors or debtors in complex enforcement proceedings, including competing enforcements, enforcement of ICSID awards, and mortgage enforcement matters, enforcement of atipical and complet titles.
- Member of the team representing a major insurance company in litigation for the recovery of indemnities, based on the right of recovery (subrogation).
