Denisa Călin

Denisa-Cristina Călin is an Associate in both the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Gambling practice groups at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.

In the Corporate and Gambling area, she is involved in several projects including assistance and representation to several key suppliers in the process of obtaining the specific gaming licenses, assistance for both local and international clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and providing general corporate law advice on companies’ day-to-day business operations.
