Overview
Ioana Radu is a Managing Associate at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații and is mainly specialised in domestic and international arbitration. She provides legal assistance and representation in several proceedings conducted in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce, as well as in ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
Her arbitration practice focuses on disputes in the infrastructure, construction and engineering sectors, which concern claims deriving mainly from FIDIC contracts.
