Lucian Moroi is a Managing Associate at Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial matters. He advises clients on a broad range of transactions and matters across sectors including technology, media and telecommunications, consumer protection, aviation and aerospace, and other regulated industries. His practice is further strengthened by a solid litigation background, encompassing commercial disputes, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, administrative law, and insolvency-related matters.
Prior to joining Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii, Lucian represented clients in complex litigation and assisted an investment fund with the sale of more than 50 real estate assets in Romania.
Combining experience in both advisory and litigation matters, including in-house practice, he provides integrated legal solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.
