Overview
Nicoleta Vîlceanu is a Senior Associate at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, specialising in energy and natural resources, as well as corporate and M&A. Her practice covers a broad range of regulatory, transactional and advisory matters, with a particular focus on the energy sector, including natural gas, conventional power, renewable energy, supply, trading and sector-specific commercial agreements.
She has extensive experience in advising clients on regulatory and project development matters, as well as on the day-to-day conduct of business operations within the energy industry. She regularly assists clients with the structuring and implementation of investment projects and with compliance requirements applicable to market participants.
In the corporate field, Nicoleta advises on company incorporations, drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance matters and corporate restructurings, as well as related proceedings before the competent authorities. Her practice also includes mergers and acquisitions projects, where she assists clients with the negotiation and implementation of share purchase agreements (SPAs) and provides support throughout all stages of corporate transactions.
