Ruxandra advises and represents clients in preventive concordat and insolvency proceedings, acting for both creditors and debtors. Her experience includes pursuing significant claims on behalf of creditors, initiating insolvency proceedings for debtors, and handling a broad range of insolvency-related disputes. She is regularly involved in litigation concerning challenges against table of claims, liability claims against individuals responsible for a debtor’s insolvency, annulment actions targeting fraudulent transactions, and disputes involving the Guarantee Fund for Insured Persons.
