Alexandru Cristea is a Partner with Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax and has broad knowledge in tax planning and international efficiency structures, as well as in VAT and excise duty audits. He served major local and multinational clients in connection with a broad range of industries.

He acted as local consultant in the Phare program awarded for the implementation of the EU Harmonised Romanian VAT legislation and he is a reputable speaker in various tax conferences and seminars.

Alexandru is a certified tax consultant and holds an MBA degree in Finance. His prior working experience includes Deloitte and PricewatehouseCoopers (PwC).
