Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații wins five trophies at the Top Lawyers Gala
Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has been named "Law Firm of the Year 2025" at the 16th annual Top Lawyers Gala. Gabriel Zbârcea, Manuela Gornoviceanu, Ana Popa and Sergiu Crețu were also honoured with excellence trophies celebrating their outstanding careers in the legal services sector.
Organised by the FinMedia group, the Top Lawyers Gala recognises the exceptional contributions of legal professionals, firms and teams who actively shape the country’s legal landscape.
Gabriel Zbârcea, Managing Partner of Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații received the "Lawyer of the Year in Business" excellence award for his exceptional leadership, exemplary crisis management and historic contributions to the prestige of the legal community. In their official award citation, the FinMedia editors noted: "A natural leader, an accomplished strategist in billion-euro M&A transactions, and a fine connoisseur of corporate subtleties, he has proven that a Romanian brand can set the gold standard at a European level. The "Top Lawyer in Corporate/Commercial and M&A" award went to Sergiu Crețu, Partner at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, in consideration of his exceptional professional career and successful involvement in numerous landmark transactions in Romania.
